Job summary

The Associate Patient Care Coordinator supports general clinic office functions, including patient registration, insurance verification, co-insurance collection, and scheduling of diagnostic and follow-up appointments.

Hours are typically Mon–Fri 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm at 8080 State Highway 121, McKinney, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1+ years of medical office experience.
• 1+ years of electronic medical record experience.
• Beginner level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily scheduling of all physician orders, new referrals, and schedules with appropriate field clinicians.
• Reports new or pertinent patient information to field clinicians.
• Schedules visits and tasks per physician order, from start to finish of care.
• Assists with contacting field clinicians and coordinating patient care updates.
