Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Professionalism and decision-making responsibilities: ethics and relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care and support psychiatric clinicians with administrative tasks.
• Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and referrals; manage prior authorizations and lab orders.
• Assist with telehealth access, patient records, and EMR documentation.
