Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI to coordinate medical care and support to patients and clinicians. You will handle patient communications, prior authorizations, and referrals while ensuring excellent customer service for in-person and remote patients.

Requirements include a High School diploma (associates/bachelor’s preferred) and 1+ years in healthcare operations or customer service. Competitive benefits and a starting wage apply.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required, associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role or setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support to patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, letters, records requests and forms.
• Manage phone systems and respond to patient medication questions.
• Assist with telehealth access and patient portal issues.
• Coordinate external referrals for patient care.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks such as letters and faxes.
• Triage urgent patient requests and escalate as needed.
