Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience scheduling in a medical office setting.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical services.
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, greet customers warmly, and determine how to help.
• Transfer calls and relay verbal messages.
• Record and deliver messages, date stamp, and log in the system.
• Page individuals and inform them of messages.
• Schedule and/or cancel appointments.
• Chart prep for consults and assist providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by PCC or Clinical Manager.
