UnitedHealth Group in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Radiology to manage the referral process, intake members, and coordinate exams. This role requires attention to timelines and collaboration with hospitals and clinics.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm MST, on-site with potential coverage at other Albuquerque/Rio Rancho sites. You will handle high-volume calls, document management, and support clinical coverage reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal/external referral processes and reconcile daily referrals.
• Handle administrative intake of members and maintain department records.
• Process exam requests, download and manage outside facility studies in RIS/PACS workflows.
• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and clinical teams to service member needs.
• Provide high-volume member support over the phone with flexible scheduling.
