This full-time role requires solid communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and HIPAA/OSHA compliance, with a 40-hour week, Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–5:00 pm PST, at 1145 Broadway, Seattle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of medical office experience with scheduling, check-in/out, insurance verification, patient records.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to use multiple web apps.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and update patient information and insurance details.
• Verify insurance on the date of service.
• Obtain signatures for required documents and upload IDs.
• Maintain and organize medical records; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule appointments and procedures and coordinate with care teams.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and provide empathetic service.
