Patient Care Coordinator (Contract) – Seattle, WA

Shifts will vary. 6:45a- 3:15p, 7:30a-4pm, 8:30a-5pm Monday thru Friday.

Join our Care Delivery team and play a key role in creating a smooth, compassionate patient experience. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll support daily clinic operations, engage with patients, and help keep care delivery running efficiently.
