Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with PMS and billing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and admit patients, maintain a professional front office.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, track outcomes within 24 hours.
• Manage patient accounts Receivable and payments, reconcile deposits.
• Maintain patient records, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Support retention efforts and assist in events and marketing.
• Collaborate with clinic team and participate in daily huddles.
