Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365 or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at check-in, offer refreshments, and manage front-office flow.
• Maintain clinic schedules and enter appointment outcomes within 24 hours.
• Process patient accounts and verify insurance information; assist with billing and collections as needed.
• Support retention efforts and community outreach to build patient relationships.
