Job summary

Starkey Retail, a Northland Hearing Centers subsidiary, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, manage the front office, scheduling, and patient accounts. You will maintain records, assist with events, and support the Clinic Team with billing and AR processes.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, superb customer service, and efficient multitasking in a fast-paced clinic environment. 1–2 years in customer service preferred; high school diploma required; experience with Sycle or Pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with clinic software and billing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming front office experience.
• Manage clinic schedule, patient accounts, and records.
• Support retention marketing and patient education activities.
• Handle insurance verification, billing, and AR tasks.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Coordinate events and assist clinic team with daily operations.
