The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and reliable transportation. You will work a 40-hour week, with occasional Saturday mornings and potential coverage at nearby practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in.
• Verify demographic and insurance information.
• Load/update insurance info and verify eligibility.
• Scan insurance cards and collect payments.
• Post payments and issue receipts.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines and communicate with clinicians.
• Maintain EHR with notes, reminders, and outreach.
• Balance batches and assist teammates as needed.
