ProHealth Physicians, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a friendly Medical Receptionist to support a Family Medicine team. The role focuses on greeting patients, scheduling, and EHR documentation, with occasional coverage at nearby ProHealth locations.

Primary duties include check-in/out, answering calls, collecting payments, and maintaining patient demographics per policy. M-F 8am–5pm, with potential regional float as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1+ year receptionist or customer service experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients.
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries.
• Collect payments and maintain demographic information.
• Document patient inquiries in the EHR.
• Assist with outreach for follow-up appointments.
• Provide coverage at other ProHealth locations as needed.
