Job summary

ProHealth Physicians is seeking an Associate Patient Care Coordinator to support the care team at our Bloomfield, CT location. You will greet patients, check them in, schedule appointments, and handle phone inquiries using the EHR system.

This full‑time role (40 hours/week) operates Monday–Friday with an 8‑hour shift. A High School Diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience are required, along with basic Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer telephone inquiries and document details in the EHR.
• Conduct outreach for appointments or follow-up and manage work queues.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patients' rights.
