The role emphasizes customer service, data accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems. Local travel up to 10% may be required; a high school diploma and prior clinic or service experience are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and/ or experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic desired or prior customer service experience.
• BLS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with employees, patients, and others.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 10% to cover other centers.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
• Greet every guest entering the center.
• Handle patient registration, check-in, and check-out.
• Answer calls professionally and take accurate messages.
• Manage and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Maintain patient records and EMR documents.
• Handle daily reconciliations and financials as needed.
