Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide administrative support and ensure a welcoming, efficient front desk experience. You will register patients, collect demographics and financial information, and verify insurance details to support high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, cross-training for back-office tasks, and adherence to compliance and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer experience preferred.
• CPR license active required per role levels.
• Experience with billing and coding is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with outstanding customer service.
• Collect and input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at registration.
• Explain and collect co-pays, deductibles, and Self-Pay amounts.
• Answer calls with a patient-centered, courteous tone and coordinate with staff.
• Coordinate medical records requests and maintain records for continuity of care.
• Cross-train to assist back-office duties and stay compliant with procedures.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organize the space.
• Support new employee training and onboarding activities.
• Adhere to company operations standards and confidentiality policies.
