Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare operations.
• Additional training or certification in medical office administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and check them in/out per service standards.
• Verify primary/secondary insurance and collect applicable payments.
• Maintain patient charts and information in EMA.
• Schedule and manage appointments and update provider schedules.
