OnePeak Medical is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, delivering exceptional service in person and by phone. This role ensures accurate PCP listing, handles scheduling, registrations, and payments while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA.

Ideal candidates have front desk or medical office scheduling experience, PM/EHR familiarity, and strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced setting. Some travel to other clinics may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of customer service experience required.
• 6 months of front desk reception or scheduling experience in a medical office preferred.
• Prior PM/EHR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance payors preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls and scheduling appointments.
• Register patients and update demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain PCP accuracy and update payment method details at appointments.
• Collect payments and document in the EPM; note reasons if unable to pay.
• Maintain reception area and office files; support leadership with issues.
