OnePeak Medical seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first contact for patients and visitors, delivering exceptional service and accurate data entry. You will manage calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance details while upholding confidentiality and policy adherence.

You will register patients, update charts, collect copays, and help maintain a welcoming front desk environment across clinics, with occasional travel as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma required; 6 months customer service experience.
• 6 months front desk reception or scheduling in a medical office preferred.
• PM/EHR experience and medical billing knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service with a warm welcome to patients and visitors.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and route calls.
• Register patients and update demographics and insurance information.
• Ensure PCP is listed correctly and verify payment methods at appointments.
• Maintain reception area, attend meetings, and support clinic operations.
