OnePeak Medical in Lake Oswego is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering warm, professional service in person or by phone. You will register patients, schedule appointments, manage a multi-line phone system, and verify insurance information to ensure accurate billing and seamless visits.

The role requires strong communication, a commitment to HIPAA, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Formación

• Experience delivering front-desk patient services in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to register patients and schedule appointments accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respect patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Proficiency with EHR/PM systems.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and billing basics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors.
• Ensure PCP is correctly listed in patient charts.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and schedule appointments.
• Register patients and update demographics and insurance information.
• Verify payment methods and collect copays when applicable.
• Maintain reception area and office files.
• Participate in department meetings and support clinic operations.
• Travel to other clinics as needed.
