Job summary

The Patient Care Coordinator at Northland Hearing Centers, Inc. (Starkey Retail) in McMinnville, OR welcomes patients, manages front desk operations, schedules appointments, and handles patient accounts with HIPAA compliance.

You will support clinic team through excellent service, manage insurance information, assist with events, and help drive patient retention and a positive patient journey. Proficiency with Sycle and Microsoft 365 is preferred; a high school diploma plus 1–2 years of customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Sycle, Pay Junction, and Microsoft 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and greet them professionally upon arrival.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient records and accounts.
• Assist with front-office operations and events; lead morning huddle.
• Manage accounts receivable, deposits, and insurance information.
• Support patient education and retention marketing.
