Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations or customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and provide support to patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and paperwork coordination.
• Triaga patient issues and escalate as needed to correct departments.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal troubleshooting.
• Manage phone lines and respond to medication-related questions.
