Job summary

A High School diploma is required, with 1+ year experience in healthcare operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with clinicians and staff.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and Portal issues.
• Answer calls and support medication-related questions and appointments.
• Ensure accuracy of patient pharmacy information in the record.
• Scan documents into the EHR and manage record requests.
• Coordinate external referrals when needed.
