Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Professionalism and decision-making responsibilities for handling sensitive information and patient data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians; ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, and patient forms.
• Facilitate communication between patient, medical staff, and pharmacy; manage calls and telehealth access.
• Escalate urgent requests and coordinate external referrals as needed.
