LifeStance Health in San Diego seeks a Medical Services Coordinator CMA to coordinate medical care, support patients and clinicians, and ensure high-quality service for in-person and remote patients.

The role starts at $24.75/hour with quarterly bonus potential; benefits include medical, dental, vision, AD&D, disability, life insurance, and a 401k with employer match. HS diploma required; 1+ year healthcare ops experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: promote LFST culture, engage clinicians and staff; support patient care and staff engagement.
• Patient Support: coordinate patient care, assist with authorizations, labs, forms, and portal communications; manage calls and medication questions.
• Clinician Support: assist clinicians with letters, faxes, and questions; coordinate with clinicians on patient questions.
