Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of related work experience.
• Experience in a healthcare office or call center preferred.
• English proficiency required (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information to patients.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm delivery appointments, verify insurance and obtain authorizations.
• Collect credit card payments, reconcile receivables, and assist with billing steps.
• Work with patients, providers and branch team to gather documentation to bill insurance plans.
