Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to provide exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will assist with orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and coordinate with the branch team to ensure timely processing.

In this role, you will help ensure accurate billing, collect payments, and support documentation required by health plans. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use a multi-line phone system and computer systems.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorization based on payor guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales, referrals, and patients to gather required documentation.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and process billing information.
• Perform routine data entry and assist with scheduling and follow-ups.
