Accendra Health is hiring Branch Coordinators in the United States to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person. You will help ensure orders are received and processed accurately while supporting patients, providers, and team members.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, gathering documentation, and managing payments. The role offers an hourly wage and opportunities for growth within a nationwide care network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year related work experience.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and handle billing basics.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls, provide information, troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines for billing.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and submit to lock box.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls and assist with device downloads when needed.
