Accendra Health is hiring a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received, verified, and billed accurately, while supporting patients, providers, and the branch team.

The role involves insurance authorization, documentation collection, and payment processing, with a focus on timely, compliant handling of accounts and interactions across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year related work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance documentation and billing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls on a multi-line system and resolve inquiries.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and obtain equipment authorization.
• Gather documentation to meet payer guidelines for billing.
• Submit payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls and data entry tasks.
• Assist with record downloads and basic equipment testing as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, referrals, and other departments to resolve issues.
