Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring Branch Coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received, processed accurately, and insurance documentation is collected to bill plans.

As part of a nationwide care network, you will work with patients, providers, and team members to resolve issues, collect payments, and support timely caregiver assistance and appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience preferred.
• Healthcare or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with information and resolutions.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and gather documentation for billing.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals and patients to meet insurance guidelines.
