Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will work with patients, providers and team members to ensure orders are received and processed accurately, and to help bill health insurance plans.

This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking across systems, and effective communication. The position offers benefits and growth within a nationally present network that supports care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Experience in an office, healthcare setting or call center preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with information and issues.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and bill health plans.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
