Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person, answering calls and guiding them through our processes. You will work with the branch team to verify insurance, authorize equipment, and ensure accurate billing in line with payor guidelines.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and computer skills with a focus on patient-centered service and teamwork. Typical shift is Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year related work experience.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, schedule deliveries, and obtain authorization.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans and ensure timely payment.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
