Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of State Certified Program required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living for patients of various ages.
• Maintains hygiene and grooming needs for patients.
• Assists with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury.
• Maintains patient safety and environment per policies and infection control.
• Documents vital signs and communicates changes to R.N.
