Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our team. The role focuses on front desk duties, greeting patients, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations at our practice.

As a kind, energetic professional, you will support patients with excellent service, manage records in EMR, coordinate with providers, and help maintain a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Candidate must be KIND and Friendly to patients and staff.
• CAN DO ATTITUDE
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a KIND, personable, energetic, professional Patient Care Associate to join our outstanding team! The Patient Care Associate is responsible for the Front Desk and greeting the patients as they enter the practice, check-in, check-out, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
