Vision Innovation Partners seeks a personable Patient Care Associate to manage the Front Desk and patient greeting at check-in/out, scheduling, and related administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes providing excellent patient service, accurate records handling, and coordinating with providers to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and EMR software a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients professionally in person and by phone.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Refer questions and issues appropriately; protect patient experience.
• Support scheduling and provider availability to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
• Handle patient records and collect charges when applicable.
• Maintain office inventory and supplies.

We are currently seeking a personable, energetic, professional Patient Care Associate to join our outstanding team! The Patient Care Associate is responsible for the Front Desk and greeting the patients as they enter the practice, check-in, check-out, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Greeting patients professionally, both in person and on the phone


• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues


• Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling


• Notifying providers of patient arrivals


• Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions


• Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records


• Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims


• Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders

• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required


• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask


• Exceptional customer service skills.


• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.


• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.


• Knowledge of MS Office.


• Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.


• Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.


• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
