Job summary

You will collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient needs, maintain accurate demographics, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality service and efficient operations while upholding confidentiality and mission values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience with basic office tasks, filing, telephone answering, reception, and basic computer software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers and provide assistance reflecting high quality service and teamwork.
• Verify and update demographic data in the electronic health record and identify barriers to care.
• Gather and process information for medical records, referrals, billing, and treatment purposes.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and adjust as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and records confidentially, and process payments at time of service.
