Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of health insurance call center experience handling benefit verification and scheduling or similar.
• 5 years of health insurance call center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Expedites and coordinates patient plans of care.
• Communicates with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities to schedule appointments.
• Follows up with providers to ensure patient attendance.
• Notifies referred physicians about patient results and care requests.
• Provides patient education and prepares for upcoming appointments.
