Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year healthcare or scheduling/registration preferred.
• 2 years healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; handle calls and direct information.
• Provide imaging support, retrieve images from PACS, assist workflow.
• Schedule procedures and appointments; track no-shows as needed.
• Register patients; collect signatures, coordinate financial responsibility.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and collect co-pays/deposits.
• Maintain patient charts and coordinate with physicians' offices.
• Assist with inventory and other duties as assigned.
