Qualifications

• Fingerprint Clearance Card required or within 7 days after employment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers; handles calls and directs information.
• Registers patients and prepares electronic records and payments.
• Schedules procedures and tracks no-shows.
• Maintains patient charts and coordinates with physicians' offices.
• Verifies insurance and handles deposits and billing as applicable.
• Maintains office supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
