Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain insurance information from patients and counsel on financial assistance.
• Register new patients and assist with form completion.
• Review schedule for new patients and update as needed.
• Call patients with appointment reminders and verify insurance details.
• Explain billing processes to patients and answer inquiries from patients and third-party payers.
• Support staff with basic account maintenance and insurance questions.
• Assist with reminder cards and scheduling duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
