The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage patient accounts while ensuring compliance with billing standards. As a Financial Counselor, you will work full-time, Monday through Friday, providing essential support to patients navigating their financial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High level of literacy with personal computers, including prior experiences importing & exporting data files.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with teams, staff, and management.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and proactively check in with the manager.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with patients on payment plans and billing inquiries.
• Assist patients with generating pricing estimates for services.
• Monitor and maintain patient accounts, coordinating charity applications.
