Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of Revenue Cycle and/or Epic Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist the manager with daily collection activities.
• Collect past-due accounts from patients.
• Contact patients by phone, mail, and other methods to collect balances and arrange payments.
• Support revenue cycle performance, productivity, and quality reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
