Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with daily collection activities.
• Collect past due accounts from patients via phone, letters and other correspondence.
• Post cash, scan documents, request medical records or provide customer service.
• Review discount qualifications and arrange payments/settlements.
• Support revenue cycle performance, productivity and quality reviews.
