Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle.
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle applications preferred.
• Strong customer service and collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with daily collection activities and performance.
• Collect past due balances by phone, letters, and other methods.
• Post cash, scan documents, and request medical records as needed.
• Provide customer service to patients and their families.
