• Experience with revenue cycle processes and/or Epic Revenue Cycle applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in posting payments and resolving accounts.

Responsibilities

• Bills claims electronically and posts payments.
• Check unpaid claim status and pursue self-pay collections.
• Scan documents and request medical records as needed.
• Provide customer service to patients and care team.
• Assist manager with daily revenue cycle activities.
• Review discount qualifications and arrange payments or settlements.
