Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in all daily activities associated with the collection function.
• Responsible for collection of past due accounts from patients.
• Utilize phone, letters, and other correspondence to collect balances, arrange payments, settlements, and review discount qualifications.
• Request medical records and/or provide customer service as needed.
