Guidehouse is seeking a Team Lead for Patient Account operations in the United States. The role focuses on guiding a team to meet daily targets, improve processes, and maintain quality in a healthcare/financial services setting. Travel is not required.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in customer service or related fields, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with the ability to motivate and develop team members while upholding high standards of performance and customer service.

Formación

• 8+ years experience in customer service, healthcare or financial service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good conflict-resolution and customer-service skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
