You will guide day-to-day operations, escalate complex issues, and drive proactive client relationships while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or related roles.
• 1+ year in lead, mentoring, coaching, or informal leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and escalations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a designated portfolio of client accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Lead and coach Account Managers, onboarding and development.
• Ensure service standards, proactive issue resolution, and accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs and transitions.
• Monitor account health, prepare client reviews, and communicate trends.
• Support process improvements and scalability across the department.
