Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Great Start Team Lead / Floater to support client office operations within revenue cycle and training activities. You will coordinate activities, serve as SME for assigned projects, and train staff on processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities include supervising Patient Account Reps, auditing accounts, and delivering timely reports while maintaining service levels and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant experience considered in lieu of diploma.
• 8 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, business, finance or customer service contexts.
• Experience with claims, billing, follow-up, or related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to PFS Follow up and act as SME for client projects.
• Review work of Patient Account Reps and provide training/feedback.
• Assist in implementing standards and guidelines and ensure performance goals are met.
• Prepare productivity, call and payment reports and monitor dashboards.
• Train new employees and support project-specific refresher sessions.
