Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Team Lead for the Great Start program in a hybrid environment. The role involves coordinating PFS follow-up, training staff, and ensuring accurate patient account reimbursements while supporting office operations in El Segundo, CA or Lewisville, TX.

The ideal candidate will bring healthcare/insurance knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to supervise and train teammates, with a willingness to work two days in the office and three days remote.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years equivalent accepted.
• Must be self-directed with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in healthcare/insurance/customer service beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for PFS Follow up and client projects.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert and provide guidance to Patient Account Reps.
• Train new staff and deliver refresher sessions on project standards.
