Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to manage incoming calls and assist patients with registration, eligibility, and payment updates. This role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and teamwork within a busy healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• One-year prior experience in customer service required.
• Must have basic typing, 10-Key, and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor as requested.
• Answer phone calls on a daily basis. Must be able to handle several incoming lines and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely professional manner.
• Assist in updating of patient demographics/registration
• Assist in verifying patients’ insurance eligibility.
• Complete QRM occurrence reports as needed.
